Will I receive a written quotation?
We will provide a written quotation for the works you require after visiting your property. Please check all the details carefully to make sure nothing has been missed.
Are you fully insured?
We are fully insured through Trust Insurance and a copy of our Employer and Public Liability Insurance Certificates is available on request.
How should I prepare my property for the work to be carried out?
Before we arrive on site, we request that we have free and clear access to the work area and that where applicable, the route to extract debris is clear. We can always provide assistance with this – just let us know at the site meeting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are not currently set up to receive card payments – BACS payments are our preferred method of payment but we do accept cash and cheques as well.
How quickly can I expect the work to be carried out?
It will depend on the location, time required to complete the work and our schedule. We do try to accommodate emergency work where possible. We will advise you of the lead time when you accept our quotation.
How can I be sure I will be satisfied with the work you carry out?
We will provide a written quotation of the scope of work to be carried out. It is important to check it and advise us of any changes before accepting the quote. Our team will carry out the work strictly according to the written quotation. Before leaving the site we will make sure you are happy with the work we have carried out so that we can leave knowing that you are satisfied. If you have any later queries please get in touch.
What geographical areas do you cover?
The majority of our work is through recommendations and word of mouth, so most of our projects are located close to our operating base in Hildenborough, near Tonbridge in Kent. We do frequently travel further afield as required, particularly for larger commercial projects and domestic recommendations.
